Aloo paratha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix atta,oil and salt together, add water little by little and knead to form a smooth and soft dough.Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 2
To make the filling mashed potatoes transfer to a bowl add all spices,onions,green chili and coriander leaves and mix till everything is well combined.The stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Take one of the dough balls using your rolling pin, roll it into a circle and the place stuffing in the centre and bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges.Now roll the circle in paratha transfer the rolled paratha onto the hot tawa.
* Step 4
Cook the side for a minute or two and then filp over and apply oil on the paratha and filp again.Now apply oil on the other side as well.Press with a spatula and cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown spots.
* Step 5
Serve aloo paratha with butter.
