Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First half cook baby potatoes let them become warm and peel them keep aside
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add mustard oil ginger garlic paste all the powdered spices, hung curd and roasted besan mix well
* Step 3
Now add boiled potatoes, onion,and capsicum mix and coat well the potatoes with the merinade rest it for 30 minutes
* Step 4
Skew the potatoes and veggies in the skewers and grilli them on barbacue the skewers them produces a nice slightly crispness on the potatoes
