Dry garlic red chutney

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take that into a pan and dry roast garlic on medium heat keep stirring and roasting for about 2 minutes or till turn slightly brown colour remove it to a plate
* Step 2
In the same pan take peanuts and dry roast them till they are light brown colour
* Step 3
In the same pan take dry red chilli and dry roast and remove the plate
* Step 4
Now turn off the gas and add dry coconut the remaining heat is enough to roast the coconut
* Step 5
Dump that into the plate and let it cool down completely once cool take that into the grinder add kasmiri mirch and salt
* Step 6
Grind it into a coarse samp powder remove it to a bowl serve with vada pav
