Vegetables fried rice with Manchurian

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil splutter chopped green chilies stir fry garlic and onions add beans then carrots stir fry for 1minute
* Step 2
Add,salt pepper and ajinomoto, mix well.now add boiled rice, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar stir fry the rice for 2minutes
* Step 3
Serve hot with vegetables Manchurian
* Step 4
MANCHURIAN BALLS garnishing with spring onions -add salt to cabbage, grated carrots, capsicum.keep aside for 15minutes squeeze well to remove out all the water.
* Step 5
Mix all the other ingredients of the balls.more flour may be added if the mixture does not bind together
* Step 6
Make round Balls.flatten each ball dip in the batter and deep fry in medium heat keep the balls aside
* Step 7
To prepare Manchurian sauce, heat oil add ginger and garlic.fry on low flame for 1minute add green chilies and onions cook for 2minutes
* Step 8
Reduce heat and add Soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper cook for 2minutes
* Step 9
Add water boil add dissolve cornflour stirring continuously cook till slightly thick
* Step 10
Add the balls to the sauce and keep on slow heat for 1minute now Manchurian is ready garnish with green spring onions
* Step 11
Pour the prepared hot Manchurian over the rice serve
