Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly in a large bowl take the boiled channa add in red chilli powder, salt, corn flour.

* Step 2

Mix well making sure to coat the chana well.

* Step 3

Deep fry the coated chana in hot oil. Stir occasionally and fry till the chana turns golden and crisp

* Step 4

Drain off the chana over kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Keep aside

* Step 5

Now prepare the sauce by heating oil and soute garlic, ginger,and green chiiy. Further saute spring onions slightly. Now add onion, capsicum saute for a minute till the capsicum shrinks yet crunchy. Now add all masalas and sauce mix well.

* Step 6

Soute on high flame till the sauce thickens and turns translucent.

* Step 7

Now add fried chana and mix well

* Step 8

Finally serve chilly channa as a starter or enjoy with fried rice
