Oats, Guava and Yakult Sweet Raita

I love fruit Raita a lot and decided to make guava raita by adding goodness of Yakult to it.
It has crunch of guavas, some nutrition of oats, good bacterias from Yakult, making it perfect as an accompaniment for your breakfast or dinner.

2 - 3 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready. Chop the Guavas to bite size pieces.
* Step 2
Roast the oats on a low flame for 2 minutes. Grind them to a fine powder.
* Step 3
Beat the curd and add yakult to the curd. Add the powdered oats, all the spices and mix well.
* Step 4
Add the Guavas and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander and cherries. Sprinkle some more chaat masala on the raita.
* Step 5
Add more salt and sugar if you want. The sweetness in Yakult was enough for my taste😋👌🏻
