Bread Pakora

# MonsoonDelights Every Sindhi All time favourite is Bread Pakora. These spicy hot bread pakoras are great appetizer and tasty complement for evening tea.

Ingredient

2 slices

bread

4 tbsp

besan

1 tbsp

oil

to taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add besan ; salt ; red chilli powder, oil and make batter of thick consistency.

* Step 2

Take two slices of bread.

* Step 3

On one bread apply tomato sauce and on another mint chutney generously.

* Step 4

Close the breads a like sandwich.

* Step 5

Divide the bread into four parts.

* Step 6

Heat oil in a kadai.

* Step 7

When hot, dip each portion of bread into the batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.

* Step 8

Serve hot bread pakoras with tea, spicy and sweet tomato sauce and mint chutney.
