Vanilla And Rose Ice cream Sundae

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil 1/2 litte milk for 15-20mins or till it reduces and becomes thick.

* Step 2

Add sugar.

* Step 3

Keep stirring.

* Step 4

In a small bowl combine wheat flour and cold milk.

* Step 5

Add this to the boiling milk.

* Step 6

Continue stirring, making sure no lumps are formed are formed.

* Step 7

Boil for 10mins.

* Step 8

Switch off the flame and cool it.

* Step 9

Once it's properly cooled ; blend it in a blender.

* Step 10

Transfer in a dish by covering it with a lid and refrigerate it gor 2-3hours or till it is semi set.

* Step 11

Remove it from the refrigerator and blend it again in the blender.

* Step 12

Divide this icecream into two parts.

* Step 13

In one portion add vanilla essence and in another rose sherbet.

* Step 14

Pour vanilla ice cream over it.

* Step 15

Stir both.

* Step 16

Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it gor 4-5hours or till it is set.

* Step 17

Take a jar or a dish,sprinkle some chopped kajus,pistas and badams.

* Step 18

Sprinkle some dry fruits over it again.

* Step 19

Remove it from the refrigerator snd pour rose icecream mixture over it slowly.

* Step 20

Sprinkle dry fruits over it.

* Step 21

Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 4-5hours or till it is set.

* Step 22

Serve it cold.
