Jaggery Tea /Gur/Gud Ki Chai
Todays recipe is not big deal , but definitely worth a post for tea lovers .In India tea is a part of everyone's like . We love to have different types of chai. Sugar is often used to sweeten the tea. Where jaggery is used we call it Jaggery Tea or Gur/Gud ki Chai .Jaggery tea is more healthier. Our grandparents used more of jaggery to make desserts. Jaggery Tea is more healthier and even taste better then sugar tea . People prefer drinking jaggery tea during winters.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the water in a saucepan to boil.
* Step 2
Add jaggery; fennel seeds, elachi powder and gingee to boil.
* Step 3
When gur dissolves, add the tea leaves.
* Step 7
Boil more for 5mins on slow flame.
* Step 8
Using the tea filter/sieve filter and discard the tea leaves.
* Step 9
Serve hot tea with toast and nuts.
