Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take the yeast & add the sugar.Add warm water and Whisk the yeast vigorously
* Step 2
Add the eggs & again whisk the mixture
* Step 3
Add salt and gradually add flour at a time and whisk
* Step 4
Add all the and start kneading with ur palms
* Step 5
If u feel you need more flour only then use it
* Step 6
Keep kneading for 15 mins
* Step 7
Now apply butter & keep kneading till the dough gets a nice elasticity
* Step 8
Apply some butter & let the dough rise for 45 min
* Step 9
Once the dough has raised, punch it and again let the dough rise for 30 mins
* Step 10
After 30 mins punch the dough and shape it like a log and place it in a bread tin
* Step 11
Apply some more butter & sprinkle the seeds and let the bread rise for another 30 mins
* Step 12
Preheat the oven to 180 The Celsius & bake the bread for 30 to 35 min or till the top turns golden brown
* Step 13
Slice the bread only once the loaf is completely cooled with a serrated knife in a zigzag motion
* Step 14
Enjoy your bread with butter & Jam.Stays fresh for 2 days
