brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the yeast add 1 tbs sugar and add 2 tbsp milk and whisk. Let the yeast froth

* Step 2

Take the flours,add the milk powder, add the butter and the remaining sugar, add the salt

* Step 3

Add the yeast mix and the remaining milk and make a. Dough

* Step 4

The dough will b sticky, start kneading it for 10 to 15 mins

Oil the dough and keep it in a warm place to rise

Sprinkle some flour and Roll the dough and spread the butter

Sprinkle the brown sugar, the coffee powder

Roll the dough very tightly and then slice them and arrange in a baking tray. Leave some gap in between and ler it rise again for 1hr

Preheat the oven at 180 The Celsius and bake the rolls for 25min

Glaze:Take the milk and add the condensed milk

Drizzle the glaze when the buns are still hot
