Malpua with Rabdi

Ingredient

1 cup

Maida

1 cup

Aata

1 cup

Suji

1/2 cup

Khoya

1 cup

Sugar

1 cup

Water

1 cup

milk

4 tbsp

milkmaid

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Syrup Take water and sugar and boil and make a 1 taar consistency chashni

* Step 2

Take the aata, maida suji, elachi powder in a bowl. Rub in the khoya.

* Step 3

Add the chashni and make a medium consistency batter.

* Step 4

Make sure no lumps are formed. The batter should be pouring consistency

* Step 5

Heat heat on medium heat and pour malpua. I have made a big malpua and when it was done added nuts and folded it and cut it

* Step 6

RABDI-take the milk and add milk made. Heat the milk till it reduces to half

* Step 7

Serve the malpua hot with rabdi
