Methi gazar sabji

This is very easy to make and healthy recipe .You can serve it with paratha or roti.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a kadai take 2 tsp oil,add cumin seeds.Then add chopped garlic. Saute it for about 2 Minutes. Then add chopped onion.saute it for about 2-3 minutes.
* Step 2
Then add chopped carrot,cover it and cook until carrot becomes soft.Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.
* Step 3
Now add chopped methi leaves and cover it.Cook for 3-4 minutes.Methi gajar sabji is ready. Serve with roti par paratha.
