Rajasthani chilli garlic chutney

This is very delicious chutney from stats of Rajasthan .You can use this chutney with snacks or paratha.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, soak whole dry red chillies into hot water for 30 minutes. Srijan the water. Take a grinder add dry chilli and garlic cloves. Grind it well.
* Step 2
Now add chopped tomato and salt as per taste to the chilli paste. Grind it again.
* Step 3
Red chilli garlic chutney is ready.
* Step 4
Now for tempering - Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil, when oil is getting hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Turn off the gas. Pour it on chutney. Rajasthani red chilli garlic chutney is ready.
