#streetfoodofindia Pav bhaji is very famous street food of mumbai I have added beetroot puree to make it more healthy .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a cooker take cauliflower and potatoes. Pressure cook it until they becomes soft. Drain all water. Keep this water and vegetable aside.

* Step 2

Now in a pan,put 1 tsp oil and 2 tsp butter. Then add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.Then add chopped onion and capsicum. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes and frozen peas, cook until tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.

Now add coriander powder,deghi red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Then add boiled vegetable and beetroot puree. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add pav bhaji powder,kasoori methi,and dry mango powder. Mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add drained vegetable water. Cook for 5 minutes.Mix well. Now add 2 tsp butter. Lali pavbhaji is ready.

* Step 4

Now take pav buns,apply butter on it.Roast them from both sides on pan. Serve with bhaji.
