Stuffed cabbage roll gravy

#favcuisine Tender leaves of cabbage stuffed with cottage cheese and lots of veggies then cook them with onion and tangy tomato gravy.It's for all cabbage lovers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the stuffing- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan,add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.

* Step 2

Add the mixed vegetables, salt and pepper, mix well.

* Step 3

Cook them on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes,while stirring occasionally. Keep aside to cool slightly.

* Step 4

Further procedure- Boil a vessel full of water, add a little salt and immerse cabbage leaves in it for a minute.

* Step 5

Drain thoroughly and keep aside.Divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep aside.

* Step 6

Place a cabbage leaf on a clean, dry surface, place a portion of the stuffing and roll it up tightly with threads.

* Step 7

Repeat to make more rolls.Arrange the rolls on a pan.

* Step 8

Pour the onion tomato gravy evenly over the cabbage rolls and cook them till the cabbage becomes tender.

* Step 9

Serve them immediately.
