Crispy Onion Khasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big bowl and place Maida, wheat flour, suji/ semolina, salt, cumin seed,Red chilli powder, little bit oil,grated onion with onion water and add little bit plain water and just mix the dough.Don't knead like a roti and poori dough..
* Step 2
Pinch a small ball from the dough and roll them lightly in your palms to even them..The khasta will crack a bit from the side since the dough is hard. So don't worry.. Afterthat Take some oil in a kadhai and heat sufficiently. Place as many khastas as possible in the kadhai and fry on medium-low flame until they turn golden brown in colour.
* Step 3
Take out the fried khastas in a plate. Fry rest of the khastas as well and allow the khastas to cool completely. Once cooled completely, khastas turns crisp and khasta.Now your pyaz khastas are ready to serve.
