Vegetable Tomato Pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add onions and saute until browned. Add ginger garlic paste and continue stir.

* Step 2

Add turmeric powder and chopped vegetables and salt and mix. Cover with lid and cook for 6-7 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir. Add fresh tomato puree.

* Step 3

Mix and add red chilli powder,coriander powder,pav bhaji masala and saute well. Add jaggery sugar. Now add Boiled rice and mix it well

* Step 4

While serving garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with raita and papad.
