Add water to make smooth medium batterso that no lumps remain.

Now add choppedveggies-chopped onion,chopped tomato,chopped mushroom and mix well.

Now add salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,ajwain and mix well.
* Step 5
Now heat oil in a non-stick tawa.
* Step 6
Now pour the besan mixture with ladle and spread it.
* Step 7
Let it cook on sim by covering with lid.
* Step 8
Now flip it to cook from another side also.
* Step 9
Servehot with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
