Bhaturas with white chana and boondis raita
Bhaturas chola or puri chole or parathas are the popular breakfast dishes of punjab.
Instead of Maida i used wheat flour and little suji for bhaturas without yeast.#RC #punjab#atta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead the soft dough with Wheat flour and suji.
* Step 2
Now take a ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin in flat lengthwise.
* Step 3
Now deep fry these bhaturas.
* Step 4
Boil chanas with all the khada masala, little oil and turmeric powder,soda and water.
* Step 5
Now switch off the gas and add tea leaves sachet and stir it well for 2 minutes for colouring.
* Step 6
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and Hing and saute them.
* Step 7
Now add grind onion ginger and garlic collectively and saute them.
* Step 8
Now add chopped tomato and saute them.
* Step 9
Now add turmeric powder,salt,Black pepper powder,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well on sim for 2 minutes.
* Step 10
Now add boiled chana with water and give boil for 5 minutes.
* Step 11
Boondi raita-soak bondis in water for 2 minutes
* Step 12
Beat the curd gently by adding little milk.
* Step 13
Now add soaked boondis and add salt,Black pepper powder,roasted cumin seeds and mix well.
* Step 15
Serve bhaturas with chanas,Raita,homemade chutney (Coriander leaves,raw mango,Green and red chillies,Salt and black pepper powder,garlic cloves and jaggery.)
