3-4 teaspoons

Melon seeds

1 1/2 bowl

Milk

#dry fruit bars Take dates-12-13 deseed them Grated coconut-1small piece Grated almonds-12-15 Melon seeds-3-4teaspoons Walnut1-2grated Now heat a pan and roast this mixture for few seconds till dates start softening. Now add milk-1/2katori and let it mix and absorb on aim.it will soften the dates more. It will collect into a mass. Now pour this mixture in a greased plate and let it cool. Then cut it into bars.
