Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin.
* Step 2
Now make filling with grated carrot and dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,Coriander powder,ajwain and mix well.
* Step 3
Now spread some ghee on rolled flat roti and spread this carrot mixture and fold it from four corners.
* Step 4
Now again roll it with rolling pin.
* Step 5
Now roast it with ghee from both the sides.
