Kiwi Bites Recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and remove the skin of kiwi. Wash again then grind it make fine paste.
* Step 2
In pan add cold milk, then add powdered sugar and cornflour powder in it.
* Step 3
Mix well. Keep it on gas. Cook it on low flame only.
* Step 4
When milk start boiling and mixture becomes slightly thick add kiwi paste in it. Then add green food colour in it mix well.
* Step 5
When it becomes thick add ghee to it mix well. Switch off the gas flame. Grease the box with ghee, add kiwi Bites mixture to it. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
* Step 6
Take out from the fridge. Loosen it upside. And demold it. Cut it in your favourite shapes.
* Step 7
At the end coat it with desiccated coconut. Then serve.
