Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First marinate the chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, powdered spices. Close lid Keep aside for 15 min.
* Step 2
Now heat oil add onion paste fry for 2 min then add tomato paste fry for 2 min.
* Step 3
Now add marinated chicken and water mix well.
* Step 4
Add chilli powder and salt if required mix well. Then add tomato ketchup mix well. Close the lid cook chicken till soft.
* Step 5
In other pan heat oil fry curry leaves in it. Crush it, then add it into gravy. Close lid again cook for 2 min.
* Step 6
Curry patta Wala chicken is ready serve hot with chapati and rice.
