Smoky Scrambled Eggs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan until it foams.

* Step 2

Crack eggs directly into the pan, then using a spatula break apart the yolks and mix gently in the pan. Continue stirring until the eggs begin to become solid.

* Step 3

Add red pepper flakes and stir into cook. Turn off the heat and fold in the Gruyere until melted. Serve immediately.
