Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large frying pan, cook celery, onion, carrots, and garlic in olive oil until crisp tender
* Step 2
Add chicken broth, spices, cooked vegetables to large stock pot or dutch oven.
* Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes. Add egg noodles and cook for 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes
