Pasta Spaghetti with Cod Pesto sauce and Samphira
Samphire is an aquatic plant of the Asparagus family. It grows in salt water and is very tasty. Salty and crispy. Ideal for fish. It is pleasant to eat it raw.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender. Leave some water for the sauce.
* Step 2
Fry the fish in an electric grill, or in a dry frying pan. Salt to taste. Chop it up with a knife.
* Step 3
Add a little water from the pasta to the Pesto sauce, beat with a blender until a creamy, liquid texture.
* Step 4
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Cut the samphire into pieces about 1.5 cm.
* Step 5
Add liquid Pesto and cod to the hot pasta. Mix. Put on a dish, decorate with tomatoes and samphire.
