Lamb "Furshet"
Men's kitchen. This says a lot. In our family, only my husband cooks lamb. Very tender. Suitable on the road for sandwiches, and salads, and for decorating a buffet table.
Cooking time does not include marinating.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepared meat, rub with spices on all sides. Put in a convenient form, pour wine. Leave to marinate for at least 12 hours. It is advisable to turn over a couple of times for even pickling.
* Step 2
Chop the garlic with a knife. Put inside, already marinated meat.
* Step 3
Roll the lamb flesh with garlic inside. Wrap tightly with several layers of foil.
* Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for two hours.
* Step 5
After two hours, unfold the foil, increase the temperature to 200 degrees. Bake the meat for another 10 minutes, for browning.
* Step 6
I draw your attention to the fact that the temperature of 160 degrees was not chosen by chance. So, the meat retains the maximum amount of juice inside.
