Black Garlic & Ranch Pumpkin Seeds
I always seem to think the pumpkin seeds are kind of "bland" every year no matter who makes them. Maybe it's just because I like to drench mine in seasonings and flavor! Then I eat them for days and can't stop! Nom Nom Nom! (or maybe Im just a seasoning-a-holic) Teeheehee. #seeds #pumpkinseeds #blackgarlic
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Wash outside of pumpkin(s). Cut and gut it/them. Separate and rinse the seeds.
* Step 2
Soak seeds overnight in salted water.
* Step 3
Coat baking sheet well with cooking spray and shake a thin layer of all seasonings on sheet. Cover evenly with seeds.
* Step 4
Next, Spray top of seeds generously with cooking spray and top with a generous layer of all seasonings.
* Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until desired shade of golden and/or brown. Cool and place in ziplock. Add extra ranch into bag. Close. Shake. Enjoy!
