Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake Bars

Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake Bars

Got this from the back of a Bentons© Graham Cracker box and made my own few tweaks to it!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat an 8x8 inch pant with cooking spray.

* Step 2

In a food processor pulse the Graham Crackers to fine crumbs. add suger and cinnamon in 2-3 increments while pulsing, until incorporated.

* Step 3

Evenly distribute mixture into prepared pan, pressing down firmly.

* Step 4

In a medium bowl, beat egg and suger until combined. In another medium bowl, beat cream cheese. Add egg mixture and vanilla. Contenue beating until smooth.

* Step 5

Pour mixture over graham crust.

* Step 6

In a sause pan, over medium-low heat, melt butter, brown suger and cinnamon, for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and alow to cool for 3-5 minutes.

* Step 7

Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over cheesecake layer, making swirls with a knife. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheesecake is just set.

* Step 8

Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

* Step 9

Cut into squares and enjoy!
