Blood orange and bitter leaf salad
Some welcome colour in the depths of winter. Vibrant, sweet blood oranges alongside bitter endive and radicchio, drizzled with the juice of the oranges, olive oil, black pepper and topped with shavings of salty pecorino🤌

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the leaves from their stems, rinse and set aside
* Step 2
Peel the orange and slice
* Step 3
Layer the leaves on a platter, add the orange slices, pour over the juice, drizzle with olive oil, season and add shavings of pecorino
