Lime and coriander butter

A great addition to freshly boiled or BBQ’d corn on the cob

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the butter into a bowl and allow to come to room temperature.

* Step 2

Zest the lime and finely chop the coriander

* Step 3

Squeeze in half of the lime to the butter along with the the zest and herb, mix well and serve
