Pastrami potato bake
Inspired by New York style Pastrami hash, simply delicious. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into 2 cm squares. In a large frying pan heat oil and fry potatoes over medium heat until golden brown. (about 15 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oven to 200/180c fan/gas 6
* Step 2
Add garlic chopped green or yellow pepper and torn pieces of pastrami. Mix well then transfer into an oven dish. Top it up with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
In the meantime, fry the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Place the eggs on top of the baked potato, add sliced gherkins, cherry tomatoes and serve with a squirt of mustard if you like.
