Cheesy chicken and broccoli patties

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200c (390F) Steam and chop broccoli. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
* Step 2
Form small patties by hand about 6-8 cm wide and 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Roll each of them in breadcrumbs, and place them on a lined baking tray. Spray each patties with olive oil.
* Step 3
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turn them over and spray again with olive oil. Bake for a another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
