How about a tasty salad with bread and wine? Here comes a French salad with figs, sweet potatoes and broccoli. The flavor of the figs adds a Mediterranean touch.

Balsamic vinegar

Fig mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean Batavia and rocket and spin dry. Tear large salad leaves into smaller pieces.

* Step 2

Divide broccoli into florets and leave uncooked or cook briefly.
