Maple Sausage Breakfast Scramble
Just wanted a hearty and filling breakfast. So I made this with ingredients I already had on hand

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet sauté the sausage, onion, 1 diced tomato, and diced Potatoes in 2Tbsps. Butter on medium heat til potatoes are fork tender. Set aside.
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix well til eggs are beaten and everything is mixed together. Add to the same skillet as the sautéed sausage mixture. Scramble on medium heat til eggs are completely done. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese cover with skillet lid and let the heat melt the cheese a couple minutes. Serve Immediately with the last remaining Tomato sliced and Enjoy 😋
