I love making this for a late night snack or to put it on toast or sandwiches or pretty much everything 😊

* Step 1
Cut avocado in half. Remove the seed. Scoop inside of avocado into a small bowl. Smash with a fork til mushy leaving a few little chunks. Add rest of ingredients and stir to mix well. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or spread on toast/sandwiches. Enjoy 😋
