* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees;coat some silicone cup of a muffin tin with cooking oil.Crack the eggs into a large bowl
* Step 2
Add grated onion, garlic, pepper,chopped yellow and red bell pepper, maggi and curry
* Step 3
Add mixed vegetables, tuna chunks and stir to combine
* Step 4
Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20mn or until eggs are set
