Flax Egg
A great alternative to using eggs in your cooking. However, I can only comment on how this formula works for baked goods and pancakes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
* Step 2
Whisk together to thoroughly mix the flaxseed with the water.
* Step 3
Let it sit for about 10 minutes and whisk every once in a while
* Step 4
Pour the mixture in to your recipe (baked goods and pancakes) as a substitute for eggs.
