Chicken Surprise!
Called it that, as I just threw ingredients into the saucepan and it turned out very nice, full of flavour!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop up chicken into bite size pieces, add the Olive Oil and start to cook gently.
* Step 2
Chop up the Onion into chunky pieces, add to pot, stir occasionally.
* Step 3
When the chicken is just about cooked, add the milk and soured cream, stir well in and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, then add the mustard and rice.
* Step 4
Give everything a good mix up and continue to simmer for a further 10-15 minutes until the rice is cooked through. Serve hot!! Enjoy!!
