Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

One of my recipes that I helped youngsters at work tonight make, we made 24 muffins, I managed to get 1/2 of one! Haha #BerryBonanza

Ingredient

250 Grams

Butter

500 Grams

Plain Flour

500 Grams

Castor Sugar

250 mls

Milk

2 Teaspoons

Baking Powder

500 Grams

Blueberries

1 Teaspoons

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre- heat oven to 180 degrees, gas mark 4. Grease or line 2 x 12 muffin tins.

* Step 2

Sieve together Salt, Baking Powder and Flour and put to one side.

* Step 3

Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the lightly beaten eggs and Milk and beat well. Add flour mix until just combined. Stir in blueberries.

* Step 4

Fill Muffins until about 2/3 full. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
