Bolognese Pancakes
When you need more pancakes in your pancake day you can make dinner a pancake affair too. Oven baked savory pancakes are delicious. Followed up with a pudding of sweet pancakes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the cheese and set aside
* Step 2
Chop the onion and add to a pan with olive oil frying for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Add in the beef and fry until browned.
* Step 4
Add in the tomatoes, stock cube (without water), all the herbs, salt and pepper. Wait to boil and then set on medium/low to reduce the fluid.
* Step 5
Measure out the flour and create a well in the centre.
* Step 6
Add all the eggs into a separate container, mix well.
* Step 7
Add the eggs to the centre of the flour and mix.
* Step 8
Measure out the milk and add slowly, whisking to form a smooth batter.
* Step 9
Heat a large frying pan with a little bit of butter.
* Step 10
Ladel in the pancake batter to cover the base of the frying pan.
* Step 11
When they start to move freely when shook, flip the pancake.
* Step 12
Set the pancake aside and repeat 3 more times to get 4 pancakes.
* Step 13
Preheat the oven to 180 fan.
* Step 14
Lay the pancake down and spoon in the bolegnese mixture.
* Step 15
Wrap the pancake on all 4 sides and place into an oven proof dish. Repeat for all the pancakes.
* Step 16
Spoon on the soured cream and spread along the top. Sprinkle with cheese.
* Step 17
Pop in the oven until the cheese melts and starts to brown. Then serve.
