Basic Potato Cakes
A obvious way too cook leftover cold cooked mashed potato that someone might not have thought of doing before

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the Maris Piper Potatoes with a small sharp Kitchen knife and then place all the potato peelings onto the Compost Heap if you have One in your back garden and then place your water washed Potatoes into a Saucepan of boiling water and then gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 40 minutes and then drain the hot potato water away and then add the milk and then the butter - mash and then allow too cool
* Step 2
Place Vegetable Oil in a non-stick Frying Pan (not too little and not too much) and then gently heat the Cooking Oil through. Use a flat tablespoon spoon too scoop the cold mash into a large ball and then place Plain Flour on a Dinner Plate and then dust on each side of the potato ball and then place in the non-stick Frying Pan - make 4 for One Person
* Step 3
Gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 9 minutes each side and then crisp both sides for the last 2 minutes by turning the hob heat up too the highest setting and then count 60 seconds each side and then it's done
