Beef Curry

I did not follow a Recipe . I made the Recipe up - based on the Spices that usually go into a Curry . My aim with this Curry was too make a small amount of Curry for One Person and too provide the right amount of cooked rice to go with it

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the 4 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil in the largest of your Ninja non-stick Frying Pans etc. and then heat the Cooking Oil through on the hob of your Gas Cooker etc. (some People have a Electric Cooker with oven and hob's) and then place a large amount of cold tap water in a very large Mixing Bowl and then place your 2 raw Beef Steaks in the water and then pat dry on some Kitchen Roll and then sear briefly on both sides and then simmer cook for 2 min. on each side

* Step 2

Take cooked meat out of the Frying Pan and allow too rest on a Dinner Plate and then peel the One large Onion and water wash in cold water and then dice the Onion into equal small Onion pieces and then fry on the lowest hob heat for 10 minutes

* Step 3

Add the deseeded Green Chillies that are quite big - peel the Garlic cloves and then add them too the frying pan. Add all the Powdered Spices, sugar and salt. Allow the Spices too heat through for at least 5 minutes and then add the 600ml of cold tap water - bring too the boil - stir with a Wooden Spoon and then turn off the hob and allow too cool. Use a Ladle too transfer the Curry stock into your Ninja large Blender Cup and then attach too your Ninja Blender and then blitz for One minute

* Step 4

Fry some onions in 2 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil for 10 minutes on a very low hob simmer and then set aside on a Dinner Plate to prevent further cooking. Add the cold blitzed Curry Sauce too the Frying Pan and just allow too cook on the lowest hob heat and keep cooking through until the Curry Sauce evaporates and thickens. Near the end of cooking - slice the cold cooked Beef into small pieces and then warm through within the Curry

* Step 5

Garnish with the cold cooked onions, Plain Yoghurt and fresh raw Coriander leaves

* Step 6

For the White Basmati Rice will need 250g. Place into a clean and dry medium sized saucepan and then cover with cold tap water and then transfer the wet raw Rice through the Rice Sieve and keep repeating the process with the cold tap water on - fresh new cold water cleaning the raw Rice and releasing its Starch. So only Rice at the bottom of the Saucepan and then cover almost too the top with cold water and then bring too the boil and then mainly simmer for 15 minutes
