Gnocchi in rustic Parsley Sauce
Is rustic because I did not chop the raw Parsley . I did not follow a Recipe . Have never made homemade Gnocchi before - I used vacuum packed Shop bought Gnocchi
Ingredient

20 - 30 min.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil a large amount of cold tap water in a large Cauldron saucepan on the hob stove
* Step 2
Place 200g of butter in a Saucepan and melt on a medium high hob heat, once melted add the 50g of Plain Flour and then stir with a Wooden Spoon and then gradually add 900ml of milk over a 20 minute time Period and keep stirring
* Step 3
Soak wash the raw Parsley in a large amount of cold tap water within a very large Mixing Bowl
* Step 4
Add the 500g of Shop bought Gnocchi too the boiling hot water and then put a Frying Pan Lid over the top of the Cauldron saucepan and then simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the One teaspoon of Table Salt too the cooked sauce and then get excess cold water off of raw Parsley and then add too the cooked sauce. Use slotted spoon too drain Gnocchi bit by bit and then add too the cooked Parsley Sauce. Done
