Origin of the Recipe is from John and Lisa's weekend Cookery Show. Lisa Faulkners' Recipe for the batter for the Toad in the hole - have made Toad in the hole before, but this Recipe might prove to be better than my own last Toad in the hole - I used more than 2 eggs . Can roast Root Vegetables for 40 minutes before cooking the sausages in for a further 20 minutes before adding the batter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place either Sunflower Oil or Vegetable Oil in a Skillet etc. Brown off the sausages briefly on the hob Stove and then cook in the oven for 20 minutes at Gas Mark 7

* Step 2

Beat 2 hen eggs in a large mixing bowl and then add the 600ml of milk and then add the 240g of flour - mix - allow too rest - preferably overnight - with Pancake Batter done pour it over the cooked Sausages and generous amount of Cooking Oil and then continue too bake in a very hot oven at least at Gas Mark 7 for about 30 minutes until the Batter looks done
