Three in One Vegetable Mash

I made the Recipe up - from nowhere .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place some cold tap water in a Cauldron Saucepan and then add all the peeled potatoes - peeling 2KG of a bag of Potatoes can leave you with just over 1KG of peeled potatoes using a small sharp Knife. Bring too the boil and then simmer on the lowest hob heat for One hour. The cooked Potatoes should be soft enough too be able too mash

* Step 2

Drain the hot water away from the cooked Potatoes and then add the cold Pasteurized Cow Milk over the cooked Potatoes within the Cauldron saucepan and then bring to the boil and then add the block of 250g Butter - once melted and the milk has a Cream consistency then add too your Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl and then place your Kenwood Whisker Attachment too your Kenwood Food Mixer and then blend

* Step 3

In a medium sized saucepan boil up some cold tap water and then add your peeled and cored Butternut Squash, carefully chop into small quarters and then boil on the highest hob setting until the Butternut Squash is cooked and nicely soft - drain the hot water and then add your cooked Butternut Squash too the mashed potatoes within your Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl. Blend on the highest setting until mix is evenly smooth

* Step 4

Boil some fresh cold tap water in the same medium sized saucepan and then continue boiling the tiny cube's of Swede for 20 minutes and then drain the hot water away (usually down the kitchen sink). Add the cooked Swede too the mix within the Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl and then blend with the use of your Kenwood Food Mixer. Season with salt and pepper and then blend again
