Milk Chocolate Cream an Strawberries

I made the Recipe up with a bit of knowledge knowing how too make a Chocolate ganache. The Strawberries are from a 410g tin with a drained weight of 145g - Strawberries preserved in the tin in a light syrup.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil some water in a Saucepan. Then turn the hob off. Place glass bowl over the very hot water in the Saucepan and then add the Chocolate - melt - then allow to cool for a very short time.

* Step 2

Add the thick whipped up Double Cream and blend with a Dessert Spoon until the thick Cream does not show through and then add the drained tin of Strawberries or fresh Strawberries.
