Cottage Pie
Is a comfort food dinner,is time consuming too make,for you don't just cook the minced beef in beef Gravy with onions and you don't just make the mashed potatoes.For the cooked beef mince in Gravy needs to go into the bottom of a baking Casserole Tin and then you place the mash potato over the top and then bake in the oven for a thickening of the beef mince Gravy and a crispy mashed potato top.A Shepherds Pie uses Lamb mince with a Lamb Gravy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7 or 8.Boil loads of peeled Maris Piper Potatoes in a cauldron saucepan,boil cook on the hob for 30 minutes,or until soft too mash.Drain water away through a Colander Sieve and place the cooked potatoes back into that saucepan and then add some Pasteurized Cow Milk and quite a bit of butter too make a nice creamy mash once mashed.
* Step 2
Add 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil too a Wok,or large frying Pan,peel and chop 2 large onions, add to Wok and then fry,maybe slowly with the lid on for 10 minutes and then add your Two portions of Beef mince for your dinner and brown off with the softened onions.Add cold water,bring to the boil and then add 3 Beef Oxo Cubes,season if need be and mix cold water in with some Cornflour and then add this to the Wok.Should be done in 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Place the Beef Mince Gravy in the bottom of a Casserole Baking Bowl,or the Skillet and then place some of your creamy smooth mashed potatoes over the top and then use a Dinner Fork too make lined pattern marks on top and then bake for about 1 hour,eat out of hot Casserole Dish and enjoy.
