Microwave Fruit Cake

What you see and read is on a small scale and it amounts to 600 calories,is possible too make this cake within this microwave container with the 50g butter for the use of 2 eggs,will need to use about a tablespoon of milk too make the cake mix less thick - for the larger ingredients of 50g butter,50g sugar,2 eggs,100g self raising flour,200g Glacé Cherries and I used 200g Currants this time around for I have run out of Sultanas - with the ventilated lid closed and open at the top - I microwaved this bigger version for 5 minutes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter in the microwave,add sugar - stir.

* Step 2

Crack the egg in a cup and whisk with a Dinner Fork and then add too the sugary butter within your microwave bowl with ventilated lid,is important too open the ventilated part of the lid.

* Step 3

Add the flour and then stir it in,with a Dessert Spoon - add the Sultanas and quarter each individual Cherry and add them as well.

* Step 4

Microwave for 2 minutes,then it's done,either eat it hot or have it later as a cold cake.
